Thanksgiving is a few days away, but for a guiltless holiday, I found some things that will pamper you from head to toe. With the chaos of the holidays upon us, we can't forget to take a moment to meditate, breathe, and relax. It's more important now to pamper yourself during the frenzied times of the holidays; whether you take along bath or "schmeer" a mask on your face and close your eyes for fifteen minutes.
Just don't forget to take that "aah" moment.  And ... no extra calories to take in from these treats!
