Tequila Lime Turkey Recipe

Tequila Lime Turkey ▲Marinade-1/2 c tequila, cilantro, peppers-scotch bonnet, chili peppers, jalapeno, 3T honey, 2-3 limes. Chop cilantro and peppers (measured amount to your taste), squeeze juice from limes, add tequila, and honey; mix well and set aside. Season your turkey. I mixed salt, black pepper, sage, garlic powder, curry, paprika- about 1t of each. I mix the seasonings then rub on turkey with a dollop of mayo. It goes on smoother than butter and makes for a golden color of turkey when cooked. After 90 minutes basted the turkey with marinade. Continue to baste turkey as needed until done.

This marinade can also be used for chicken and pork loins. ENJOY!  :-)

P.S. I also poured 1/2 c. of Tequila in turkey pan to cook instead of using water. ;-)
